We continuously seek new printing techniques with new materials and combine digital printing and screen printing techniques. On company premises is specially designed space where genres are exhibited samples onto fabric.

In more detail we can print, by screen printing, transfer, water based transfer, digital water based transfer, sublimation and direct printing. in fabric (dtg).

Besides, the company is informed through magazines and participating in exhibitions worldwide and assistance in various online fashion addresses, offer creative designs and textile services in accordance with the dictates of fashion to its customers.

Our Services.

Our priority is to offer creative suggestions with flawless quality printing customer’s fabric, perfectly adapted to the possibilities and needs.

Transfer Printing

The future is now

With the use of water-based heat transfers, we can now print millions of colors to reproduce any logo, no matter how complex is it.

Our factory is equipped with the latest machinery in the market to provide you the best result.

Why choose water – based heat transfers?

Our water-based ink has a super soft velvet-like feel that stretches and rebounds unlike any other. Water – based transfers are also lightweight alternative to traditional screen printing. They are an ideal way to print complex, multicolor designs on apparel, hats, tote bags and any fabric material you want.

Another big advantage of water – based transfer printing is that this process allows us to provide you with high quality, eco friendly prints on practically any material.

Additionally, water-based heat transfers are PVC free, so you can feel good about wearing an eco-friendly print.

Also is the most durable in washing machine than any other screen print or transfer.

After all its not accidental that our customers such as (DIESEL, NORTHFACE, MOSCHINO, LEE, VANS, NIKE etc.) prefers more and more water-based transfers.

  • Water based ink is soft and lightweight while providing amazing stretch and rebound.
  • Ideal for heat application in any fabric without water proof coatings.
  • Recommended fabrics: cotton, polyester, cotton/poly blends, spandex lycra, woven nylon etc.
  • Available with Dye Block baker making it perfect for dye saturated sublimated materials. With the blocker blocks dye migration.
  • Water based transfer is ecofriendly and PVC free.
  • Very big durability

Direct to Garment (DTG- inkjet printers)

Direct to garment is a relatively new technology that emerged in the 90s. It became commercially available in 2005 but has only recently become a viable alternative to traditional production methods, but is still only offered by a handful of t-shirt printers. As the name implies, direct to garment uses ink to print directly onto the fabric or item of your choice. It goes straight into the fibers of the fabric, meaning you don’t feel the design or ink when you touch it.

Advantages of Direct to Garment

Direct to garment offers a large number of advantages over other traditional printing methods.

  • Large range of color options
  • Can be used for detailed and broad designs
  • Extremely fast process
  • Available for both mass production and short production runs
  • Low setup costs make it easy to access
  • Works on colored garments as well
  • Accurate reproduction and high-quality results
  • Water-based, making it eco-friendly
  • Can use digital software to create designs

Disadvantages of Direct to Garment

  • Limited to cotton garments
  • Limited to white garments
  • Not cost-effective for mass production
  • Can be a little slower than other methods
  • Limited design placement

Screen Printing

Screen printing is a method that consists of pushing ink through a woven mesh stencil onto the garment. The stencil is created though coating the mesh screen with an emulsion and allowing it to dry. An original image is created on a transparent overlay, where the areas that will let ink through are completely opaque. This is then placed on the screen and the mesh is exposed to ultraviolet light, hardening areas exposed to the light and allowing the blocked areas to be dissolved and washed away.

The areas that are washed away are the spaces that the ink will go through to create the design. The ink is then pushed by a fill blade or squeegee over the screen to flood the open holes in the mess Then, as the blade is pulled back over the mesh, the ink is pushed through the mesh onto the garment.

We have the ability to print up to 12 colors, so the design (mock-up) is durable. The silk printing can be combined with other methods of decoration so you can achieve an unconventional score and perfect just for you. The advantages of silk printing include:

  • Permanent Display
  • Project plan without bubbles, wrinkles or torn corners
  • Are waterproof and abrasion problem-free
  • Printing few but and thousands of pieces

Dye Sublimation

The transfer method with pre printing paper to press designs onto fabric can produce colorful prints, high-resolution from small to large over all dimensions (roll to roll | roll to piece).

Sublimation is a chemical process where a solid turn into a gas without going through a liquid stage. Sublimation printing, also known as dye sublimation printing, is a popular printing method for transferring images onto suitable materials. Typical printing methods involve a step with water, where the solid turns to water before a gaseous state. Sublimation printing does not involve the liquid step but goes right from solid to gas due to a chemical reaction (like dry ice).

This typically involves the use of a digital printer to produce images on sublimation transfer paper with sublimation ink. The sublimation paper is then placed into a heat press with the material and exposed to high temperatures. This is when the ink and transfer material turn from solid to gas. Once they are in a gas state, they permeate the fibers of the material.

When the heat is removed from the transfer paper and substrate, the ink that has permeated the fibers solidifies and is locked permanently into place by the transfer material. Not only does the heat release the gas from the sublimation ink, but it opens the pores of the material you are transferring the image to. Once the pressure and heat are released, the sublimation ink returns to its solid state and the fabric pores close, trapping the ink inside.

Sublimation best uses

This printing method is best used on products such as polyester apparel in white or light colors (swimwear, sports, male clothes/industry, decoration with fabric and much more). Or hard surfaces with a poly-coating, such as (coasters, mugs, mouse pads and more).

Durability

With the sublimation process, the ink becomes part of the fabric as opposed to a layer on top of it. With result to have no deterioration in washing.
